Hi Werner,

Seems like I can delete that file manually I can't think why
whirr/jclouds can't delete it given that I am running it as the same
user.

I raised an issue on JIRA:

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/WHIRR-759

But perhaps I should raise an issue with jclouds.
