Thanks for the feedback!

Revised accordingly except we still need the new getSecurityHeaderDoc method in WSSecHeader.
As the element.getOwnerDocument() just return the Dom Document however what we need here is
the SAAJ SOAPDocument, though in previous jdk8 they two are same but in jdk9 they are different.


Please see the new appended WSS-605-new2.patch.
