All projects included in the file are Eclipse projects - you can import them into the IDE

This piece of the contribution is our implementation of all of the WSRF specs in the recently
ratified version 1.2 (March). It includes our implementation of WS-RMD 1.0 from 2004, but
this spec is not very stable right now (I'm editing for the TC), so it is going to change
quite a bit.
