True, didn't consider that. For it to work like this, the code should check
via the wsdl that the type of it is EndpointReferenceType. That would
probably slow down the code a fair bit though, if it's done for any element
to be serialized.

At the same time, that would definitely break already working code as the
subscription messages are being serialized correctly. 

I'll have to go and check the sources again, but generally I'd rather not
add a new serializer for something that the platform should know to do
