Francesco Scandelli commented on MUSE-162:
------------------------------------------

This fix is supposed to affect Muse 2.2.0 samples but I took a look at the WSDLs of those
samples (e.g. http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/webservices/muse/trunk/samples/j2ee/apache-httpd/wsdl/HttpServer.wsdl?view=markup)
and the style is still 'encoded'.

> The WSDL bindings need to specifiy a 'literal' style instead of 'encoded' - the WSDLs
are actually for doc-literal services, but the 'encoded' part crept in through some cut and
paste error. This may also lead to a change in the WSDL generation in wsdl2java.
> We should also change the soapAction attribute in the binding operations to match the
WS-A Action URIs that are in the portType messages.
> Neither of these things is needed by the Muse runtime but will help people using other
tools that consume WSDL to interpret them the same way Muse does.
