>Environment:
Windows 95
>Description:
I installed the 3b7_1.exe over the 3b6, which was working fine.
When I use my browser to call a POST method script
3b7 treats it as if it were a GET
I reinstalled 3b6 and now everything works again.
>How-To-Repeat:
install 3b7 on Win95 and try to run any perl scripts that uses post

[In order for any reply to be added to the PR database, ]
[you need to include <apbugs@Apache.Org> in the Cc line ]
[and leave the subject line UNCHANGED. This is not done]
[automatically because of the potential for mail loops. ]
