"allow from hostname" fails with "HostNameLookups off",
the file is protected by the following directives in .htaccess:

<Files filename.html>
deny from all
allow from .utaonline.at

Access is still denied from clients in the utaonline.at domain (such as mibeu02-0980.utaonline.at
