Beat you to the punch. All the Jenkins Windows nodes now have
geckodriver.exe under the following tools dir:

F:\jenkins\tools\geckodriver\0.16.1\win64
F:\jenkins\tools\geckodriver\0.18.0\win64
F:\jenkins\tools\geckodriver\0.19.1\win64
F:\jenkins\tools\geckodriver\0.23.0\win64
