Hi there Tomasz,

Are you referring to the dSVG specification that Corel created a couple of 
years ago?  If so I would caution against implementing it as it has been 
dropped from the SVG 1.2 specification.  Also, the SVG unit at Corel has since 
been scrapped altogether.

A very useful excercise would be to implement sXBL 
(http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG12/binding.html).  dSVG is a very much dead language.
