    Pretty much except you need to include a fragment identifier for
the SVG font element.  There is a fairly complete example in
samples/tests/spec/fonts/fontFace.svg.

  One example is:
     @font-face { font-family: "CSS Batik SVGFont";
                  src: url(batikFont.svg#Batik); }
