As a matter of mailing list etiquette please post messages in plain text 
format. You can see below what can happen to "non-plain" messages.

Regarding the Arial Unicode MS font file it is IMO not suitable for 
Apache purposes as it is only available to licensed users of Microsoft 
Office. I would be very surprised if it could be freely distributed. It 
is also very big (because it contains a glyph for every Unicode 2.1 
character) and even Microsoft recommends to use it only as a last 
resort (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/q287247/) when no other fonts 
are available.

When I wrote r-l font I meant a font containing glyphs for r-l scripts.
