Support for http://xmlgraphics.apache.org/fop/0.20.5/extensions.html#table-continue-label
has not been restored so far for the latest code.

The other possibility (and probably the better one) would be to
implement http://www.w3.org/TR/xsl11/#fo_retrieve-table-marker
