Hi Arian,

reading the source code, fopFactory.setFontBaseURL() is actually
deprecated, and should be replaced in FOP TRUNK with:
fopFactory.getFontManager().setFontBaseURL().
Note that the font subsystem has been widely rewritten since FOP 0.94.
