Subject [jira] [Created] (AMBARI-7060) Ambari Falcon config setup issue - localhost must be replaced with the falcon host
Date Thu, 28 Aug 2014 15:59:08 GMT
Oleg Nechiporenko created AMBARI-7060:

Summary: Ambari Falcon config setup issue - localhost must be replaced with the
falcon host
                 Key: AMBARI-7060
             Project: Ambari
          Issue Type: Task
          Components: client
    Affects Versions: 1.7.0
            Reporter: Oleg Nechiporenko
            Assignee: Oleg Nechiporenko
             Fix For: 1.7.0

The broker url in is pointing to localhost instead of the host falcon is
running in.
*.broker.url=tcp://localhost:61616 => *.broker.url=tcp://$FALCON_HOST:61616

This results in dropping all the JMS messages sent to Falcon and a lot of features in Falcon
wont work.

Logs from the task:
2014-08-26 10:09:36,199 ERROR [main] org.apache.falcon.messaging.MessageProducer: Error in
javax.jms.JMSException: Could not connect to broker URL: tcp://localhost:61616. Reason:
