Hi Dan,

It should be relatively easy to add a simple Use-Bundle capability to
the eba-maven-plugin.  It could be configured in the same way as the
Application-Ex/ImportService headers.  E.g

<configuration>
  <instructions>
    <Use-Bundle>org.acme.my.Bundle;version="[1.0.0, 1.1.0)"</Use-Bundle>
  </instructions>
</configuration>

Would this suffice?
