Hi Amit,

The contributing section of the website [1] should have everything you need
to get started.

* Create a test case reproducing the problem possibly in
SqlToRelConverterTest.
* (Optional) Identify the cause of the regression (using git bisect or
other means) and ask the author for help.
* Workout a solution.
* Submit a PR and wait for the review.
