Agree with that, don't think that should hold things up, it can be done out of band.  Noticed
that I had already opened up a ticket for updating the python driver a while back for a different
reason ([CASSANDRA-14872]), and there's probably other 4.0 specific reasons it needs to be
updated, so would be good to do that separately.
