    CAY-2041 max_connections and min_conneсtions options are ignored

    "cayenne.jdbc.max_connections" and "cayenne.jdbc.min_connections" command line options
are ignored. Regardless of provided values Cayenne uses default values cayenne.jdbc.max_connections
= 1 and cayenne.jdbc.min_connections = 1.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
