Nope... There is a lot of silly logic (in my personal behavior) around
calculations when overprovisioning is in place, but again, there are
different hypervisors to support, then with or without reservation on
VMware, etc, etc, etc,

And please don't set the overprovisioning factor to more than ~4, since
(experience...) when i.e. set to 7, and somebody is hammering infra with
couple of 24vCPU VMs, those smaller VMs (1 CPU etc) will even drop network
traffic - I've seen this happen.
