Hi,
>From "Home > Infrastructure > Clusters > your_cluster" click on "Settings"
tab. In search bar type "cpu" and you will see a list of variables that
controls CPU usage and allocation in your cluster.
You can "increase cpu.overprovisioning.factor" or change
"cluster.cpu.allocated.capacity.disablethreshold"
