Thank you both for your advice.

What did was add a second private IP to both KVM host and Management Host as both had public
IPs.
I then removed the secondary storage and added it back and this time used the private IP (
in the range is the CS internal subnet ) and everything started working.

Managemnt Host

network:
  ethernets:
    ens18:
      addresses:
      - XX.XX>XX>XX/28
      - 192.168.1.4/24
      gateway4: XX.XX.XX.XX
      nameservers:
        addresses:
        - 213.186.33.99
        - 1.1.1.1
        - 213.186.33.99
        - 1.1.1.1
        search: []
  version: 2

KVM Host

network:
   version: 2
   renderer: networkd
   ethernets:
     ens18:
       dhcp4: false
       dhcp6: false
       optional: true
   bridges:
     cloudbr0:
       addresses: [XX.XX.XX.XX/28]
       addresses: [192.168.1.3/24]
       gateway4: XX.XX.XX.XX
       nameservers:
         addresses: [213.186.33.99,8.8.8.8]
       interfaces: [ens18]
       dhcp4: false
       dhcp6: false
       parameters:
         stp: false
         forward-delay: 0

Thanks again for your tips!!!
