yes, thank you!!! I'll use that.

I'd vote for also adding the SELECT syntax, someday; I'd never heard of 
or used the VALUES syntax, so I couldn't figure out that it was 
literally that simple (I kept prepending SELECT...) I suspect others may 
experience the same.
