Thanks for the info. Just did a clean of everything deleted all
directories downloaded the whole trunk
in a diff location... and on mvn compile is still see one issue..

Workaround, i went to this location..

manually downloaded the jar
(apacheds-xdbm-partition-1.5.8-20100605.082926-1.jar) and couple of
XMLs to my local repo tried compile and it failed. So manually renamed
the jar to apacheds-xdbm-partition-1.5.8-20100605.082926-1-tests.jar
and then did a compile and it went through.

Maybe the repo should have had the name as
apacheds-xdbm-partition-1.5.8-20100605.082926-1-tests.jar to start off
or something ... not sure of the problem,
