    Implemented the class TwitterFilterSource

    I implemented the class TwitterFilterSource which inherits from TwitterSource. It enables
to filter twitter streams by keywords, language, location. Further, you can track user tweets
by adding their IDs to the endpoint config. Moreover, queryParameters and postParameters can
be defined for the stream.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/HilmiYildirim/flink TwitterFilterSource
