> In the Flink 1.13.0 document, in the Timely Stream Processing document Event Time and
Watermarks (https://ci.apache.org/projects/flink/flink-docs-release-1.13/docs/concepts/time/#event-time-and-watermarks)
describe the disorder of watermark and event timestamp. because A _Watermark(t)_ declares
that event time has reached time _t_ in that stream, meaning that there should be no more
elements from the stream with a timestamp _t' <= t_ (i.e. events with timestamps older
or equal to the watermark). When w (11) arrives, e (14) and E (15) should change their positions.
Similarly, E(19) and E (22) should switch positions when w (17) arrives。The original and
modified drawings are attached, thank you!!!
