The dependency issue of avro-1.4.0-cassandra-1.jar can be solved with exclusion in pom.xml
as follows:

            <groupId>org.apache.cassandra</groupId>
            <artifactId>cassandra-all</artifactId>
            <exclusions>
                <exclusion>
                    <groupId>org.apache.cassandra.deps</groupId>
                    <artifactId>avro</artifactId>
