I currently get "ItemExistsException: foo" for all tests in LimitAndOffsetTest, because setUp()
tries to create same name siblings...

But I can reproduce the getSize problem with QueryResultTest.testGetSize(). (QueryResultTest.testSkip
is failing as well but I believe this is because the test assumes the results are ordered
even when 'order by' is not used).
