Committed [r1726568|http://svn.apache.org/r1726568] to trunk to add type of change to diffImpl
logs. Also, log when an entry is pushed into local/memory cache.

[~chetanm], I think you also wanted to add something in CommitInfo or some data in BackgroundObserver.
I don't remember the context any more.
