I don't understand.  I wasn't suggesting that we should take the map out of the abstract memory
cache.  I was suggesting that the LFU implementation not use the abstract memory cache.  It
doesn't need two maps.    Not all memory caches need to extend that base.  They simply need
to implement the interface.
