Subject [jira] Updated: (MNG-2617) Convert the integration tests to run under JUnit
Date Wed, 18 Oct 2006 06:11:52 GMT

Dan Fabulich updated MNG-2617:
------------------------------

    Attachment: 465152singlePOMpatch.txt

This patch reorganizes the Maven Integration tests into one single project, putting the integration
test projects in the src/test/resources directory, where they can be extracted into a temp
directory. This mavenexecute.pl generates integration tests that pass on my machine with
"ant mits".

The process is: run the Ant script, run mavenexecute.pl, then run "ant mits". All of the
tests should pass.

> Ongoing work to make the integration tests easier to write/consume. Convert the expected-results
and prebuild-hook into Java that can be run under JUnit. "mavenexecute.pl" (currently checked
into trunk) should be a migration path.
