Ensure that Users will be able to Close Application, also with some Startup errors

                 Key: PIVOT-157
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PIVOT-157
             Project: Pivot
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: tools, wtk
    Affects Versions: 1.3
Environment: Windows XP, but maybe also on others O.S. could happen
            Reporter: Sandro Martini
            Assignee: Greg Brown
            Priority: Minor
             Fix For: 1.3

I've just tried to run the new JSONViever, but only downloading the 2
files (.java commented some Override statements and .wtkx).
When run from Eclipse i got the following exception:

(Ok, i know this is not a right environment for tests, I'm sure that
after synchronizing all, works)

org.apache.pivot.serialization.SerializationException: Either src or
language is required for the wtkx:script tag.

But the real problem is that after this i can't close the application clicking the close icon
(i have to kill the process from Eclipse).

So my real question is:
is it possible to change the closing of Desktop Applications (maybe inside DesktopApplicationContext),
to ensure that our applications could be closed, also in case of strange errors (without having
to kill process manually) ?

I'm available to do other tests for this strange case.
