Thanks a lot for spotting this!
I've just committed the fix (r1347697).
It would take some time to get a new release. Hopefully I'd like to make a new release by
the end of this month.
Would you possibly try to build/test from the trunk to see if it works?

  $ svn checkout https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/portals/applications/webcontent/trunk webcontent

  $ cd webcontent 
  $ mvn install 

And, you can use 1.3-SNAPSHOT in your project for the time being.
