[~aneela] In thee patch there is some change related to solr in  /security-admin/contrib/solr_for_audit_setup/install.properties
I feel that  SOLR_INSTALL should not be set to 'true', it should be left to 'false' and if
use wants to install they can enabled it. Please make this change and update the patch
