Chris - yes, that's basically the plan. We'll set up LESS compilation so that Bootstrap files
will be combined with Rave customizations to produce rave.css.

I just reread your proposal. Are you planning on condensing the existing
rave.css, bootstrap.css and bootstrap-responsive.css into a single rave.css
