One issue with groupByKeyAndSortValues that i did not have with foldLeft is that a user has
no obligation to finish reading all values from the Iterable[V] of the sorted values. This
leads to wrong results in the current implementation, since the underlying iterator is then
wrongly positioned for the next call.
I will add a unit test for this and see if there is an elegant/efficient way to handle this.
