The issue happens when RegexTokenizer is used to extract matches, setGaps(false). Doesn't
happen if it's used to split the string. I also didn't manage to reproduce this when created
dataframe from a sequence. However, if data is loaded from a file using sqlContext or sc.textFile
I get the exception.
