This isn't unreasonable, I think:

0:% $svn add iota2
A  (bin)  iota2
0:% $svn ps svn:keywords Id iota2
property 'svn:keywords' set on 'iota2'
0:% $svn pl -v iota2
Properties on 'iota2':
  svn:mime-type
    application/octet-stream
  svn:keywords
    Id

We might want to require a --force for such a propset to be allowed.

Thoughts?
