    REST - Remove unneeded dependent jar files

    This is address jira TRAFODION-1829
    
    Cleaned up the pom.xml and the assembly package all.xml and reduced the dependencies to
the absolute minimum.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/venkat1m/incubator-trafodion TRAFODION-1829
