So to summarize: to fix this issue, we would need the ability to use UIMA JCasIterator/CasIterator
without requiring the user to call release() explicitly (we should do that somehow implicitly).

I also only did some very basic testing with a JCasMultiplier that calls getEmptyJCas() only
once per next() method, and with a simple FixedFlowController with PARAM_ACTION_AFTER_CAS_MULTIPLIER
set to "drop".
