Sure, Driver.reset() was removed in 1.0 because Driver itself was 
removed, and the 1.0 API equivalent, the Fop class, has no need for it.  
0.20.5 and 1.0 are completely different products, and 1.0 has many 
modernizations/optimizations already built-in.
